I help LGBTQIA+ adults move from survival mode into a calmer, more grounded way of living. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with holistic mind–body healing so you can feel more centered, connected, and at ease.
Most of my clients feel anxious, overwhelmed, or tired of carrying everything alone. Together, we’ll regulate your nervous system, release old patterns, and rebuild the steadiness you’ve been craving.
As a queer-affirming therapist, I offer a warm, inclusive space where every part of you is welcome. I provide online counseling throughout Florida, so support is always within reach.
MY APPROACH
Therapy with me is grounding, spacious, and deeply human.
I show up as a real person first and a therapist second. You’ll find a warm, steady space where you can slow down, make sense of what’s happening inside, and reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve had to put on autopilot just to get through the day.
Together, we’ll notice patterns, name what’s been weighing on you, and build the kind of inner steadiness that helps you move from surviving to truly living. My style is collaborative, affirming, and always centered on helping you feel more like you again.
