What is your approach to therapy?
My style is holistic, affirmative, collaborative, supportive, and solution-focused. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs.
How long are sessions?
Sessions are typically 45–55 minutes.

For safety reasons, you cannot attend while driving, and you must be located in Florida during your session.

Yes, research shows that virtual therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions for many people.
Getting Started
What can I expect in my first session?
The first session is about getting to know you, gathering background information, discussing current symptoms or stressors, discussing your goals, and deciding together how therapy can best support you.
How often should I come to therapy?
Most clients start with weekly sessions, but frequency can be adjusted depending on your needs and progress.
How do I know if you’re the right therapist for me?
Finding the right fit is important. I encourage you to schedule a consultation call to see if we’re a good match.
Other Common Questions
