It’s time to come home to yourself.

My Approach

Therapy that helps you feel clearer, calmer, and more like yourself.

When we work together, you can expect:

  • You don’t have to worry about saying the perfect thing or being judged. This is a place where you can show up honestly, even if things feel messy or unclear.

  • We’ll gently explore where these patterns come from and why they’ve been hard to shift, so they start to make more sense instead of feeling frustrating or confusing.

  • You’ll learn how to say what you need in a way that feels grounded and doable, without second-guessing yourself or replaying the interaction for hours afterward.

  • We’ll focus on helping you feel more confident in yourself, so you’re not constantly questioning your choices or looking outside yourself for reassurance.

  • This isn’t about forcing change. It’s about creating something that actually feels sustainable and supportive for you.

You deserve to feel understood, not just helped.

You’ve probably already tried to figure this out on your own.
Maybe you’ve told yourself to stop overthinking or just set better boundaries.

But knowing what to do and actually being able to do it is different.

In our work together, we focus on understanding the patterns behind what’s happening and helping you shift them in a way that feels doable in your real life.

Clients often tell me they feel more clear, more able to trust themselves in their relationships and decisions.

Why “Excelsior”?

“Excelsior” is a Latin word meaning “ever upward” or “onward and upward.” It reflects the idea that even when things feel stuck or overwhelming, growth is still possible.

You may have seen it in stories about perseverance, like in Silver Linings Playbook, or heard it used by Stan Lee as a reminder to keep moving forward. That meaning is at the heart of my work.

Therapy isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about understanding what’s been holding you back, reconnecting with yourself, and moving forward in a way that feels steady, grounded, and true to you.

It’s time to start choosing yourself.
